Recognition is based upon creativity, clarity, and visual appeal in professional resume development, with submissions judged against a global pool of professional resume writers.
CDI holds the TORIs each year in May, selecting up to five nominees in 8-14 categories who represent the top echelon of resume writing worldwide. Awards will be announced at the annual conference to be held in October 2008.
